Ingredients
-
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
-
¼ cup grass-fed beef gelatin

Preparation
-
In a small saucepan, heat the orange juice over medium heat until warm.
-
Sprinkle the gelatin into the juice and whisk until there are no more clumps and the gelatin is dissolved. (5-10 minutes)
-
Transfer the liquid into your gummy molds and refrigerate until firm. (1-2 hours)
-
Once firm, remove from the molds and enjoy!
Tips
-
I like to store my gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for the week. They will last up to two weeks in the fridge.
-
If you don’t have silicone molds then you can pour the liquid into a glass container, let it cool in the refrigerator, and cut into pieces.
