Unfortunately, due to the nature of hygienic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. While our products are all natural, we cannot guarantee that each ingredient will work for every individual's skin type. Damaged Goods 
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we offer free replacement within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for replacement, please take a photo as soon as possible and send it to freckledjaneco@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
